In most cases, orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the items description. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Lost currently ships to all 50 US states. In most cases orders ground shipped within the Domestic United States will arrive within 2-8 business days. Please note that our shipping department is closed on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day.
All orders leave our warehouse via Fedex unless otherwise noted. Domestic shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the package, the number of items in the order, and the distance traveled. You can view your total cost of shipping in your cart before purchasing to see the exact amount you will be charged and to help you to decide which shipping method is best for you.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Fedex tracking number attached. You can go to Fedex.com to track this package further.
At this time Lost only ships within the United States.
At the moment we only accept Master Card and Visa.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchased date. The apparel warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Lost will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable style.
Only California residents are required to pay sales tax.
